The Tender Writer will support the end-to-end tender process by drafting, reviewing, and coordinating sections of tender submissions. You will be responsible for producing well-written responses to assigned questions, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of tender content and processes.
While the Lead Tender Manager will retain overall responsibility for tender strategy and submission, you will be expected to manage your own sections independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and edit tender and RFP responses in line with client requirements and internal standards
Review tender documentation to understand scope, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and operational information
Adapt existing content and templates to suit specific tender requirements
Ensure all assigned response are clear, accurate, and aligned with Infonetica's value proposition
Assist with document formatting, version control, and final submission preparation
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a reusable content library and templates
Use AI and internal tools to support research, drafting, and content optimisation
Proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality
The Work
Tenders are primarily issued by universities, research institutions, healthcare organisations, and public sector bodies. Submissions typically include narrative responses, compliance statements, and supporting information related to implementation, support, security, and service delivery.
You will gain deeper exposure to enterprise-level procurement processes and develop an understanding of how organisations evaluate technology suppliers.

Candidates should demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, typically gained through a writing-intensive Bachelor's degree (e.g., English, History, or a related field)
Tender or bid writing experience is advantageous
Curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingess to learn are essential
Experience in software, technology, or professional services enviroment is preferred
