About you:

You are a Product Manager with at least 4 years of experience building and scaling technology products, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You thrive in roles where customer engagement is central - working closely with a large and active customer community to manage communication, align expectations, and strengthen long-term trust and adoption.

Naturally curious and highly collaborative, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing structure and clarity to complex product decisions. You have strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable balancing diverse in puts across customers, commercial teams, support, and internal leadership to drive meaningful product enhancements.

You stay close to the market and competitive landscape, translating trends and customer insights into a forward-looking strategy that keeps the product differentiated and cutting-edge. You are passionate about leveraging AI, data, and reporting to create impactful outcomes and customer value at scale.

Responsibilities:

Determining the why, what, and when of a product or feature

Conducting market research and developing a deep understanding of business trends and competition

Conducting competitor benchmarking and identification value differentiators

Definition of, and accountability for, product goals and metrics

Define and lead product(s) strategy

Lead product discovery to understand user pain points by talking to customers

Achieve product-market fit for new products

Development of go-to-market strategy by collaborating with other stakeholders

Development of user stories and the translation of business goals and end user needs to product strategy

Co-ordinate with Product Designer to design the product features adhering to modern design principles

Decision-making using  strategic thinking and guidance from the Product Team

Collaboration across the Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure a strong and shared product vision 

Engage with other development pods and product teams to proactively identify cross-team dependencies and resolve dependencies through roadmap alignment and clear communication

Understanding the current product backlog, and support with the prioritisation of this

Understanding and overseeing the development process of the product—while that doesn’t have product managers in the trenches coding with developers, you will be working closely with the engineering team to ensure they understand how the product works

Support release process and communication to customers

Own product and feature adoption and usage outcomes, establishing clear tracking and success measures, and driving initiatives to increase usage

Updating product material with new developments

Supporting product demonstrations to potential customers 

 

Core skills and experience:

Deep understanding of the product management lifecycle from idea / need to launch

Strategic thinking

Broad perspective to gather wide ranging functional requirements and distil them into a practical product strategy and roadmap

Ability to balance customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility

Ability to develop and communicate clear technical requirements

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage product stakeholders both externally and internally

Good understanding of UX/UI design principles

Natural curiosity and desire to solve problems at the root cause

Analytical mindset

Knowledge of agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban

Familiarity with a variety of tools and software including the Atlassian suite, Product board Figma, MS Office, Miro

Minimum Bachelor’s degree level qualification in a technology, engineering, mathematics or business discipline

Working Location:

The primary work location for the role is Esher (KT10 9SD), which is a 30-minute train ride from London Waterloo or just off the A3 if you are driving in. We are currently working three days a week in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role will be required to be in the Esher office 2-3 days per week.
