Our team attended the Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS) Conference in Melbourne. Here are the key takeaways from our conversations - courtesy of Vivek Singh, Belinda Seeto and Andrey Zotov:
🔹Integration challenges
Many research offices are looking for ways to improve integration between their IT systems. Despite large investments in customised tools, staff are still burdened with manual work. APIs and integrations were top of mind.
🔹End-user needs
While software decisions are often made at the executive level, many research offices see value in having flexible, no-code tools that can be easily adapted to their day-to-day needs.

🔹Funding schemes built-in
Grants managers welcomed the fact that Infonetica already has Horizon Europe schemes embedded in our grants module, helping them save time right away.
🔹Prize draw winners
Congratulations to Tesha Tsai from Deakin University and Maria Bernatowicz from Flinders University on winning our prize draw!

It was invaluable to hear these perspectives directly and we’re looking forward to showing how Infonetica’s platform can help research offices simplify processes and save time. Thank you to everyone who came to our booth for a chat.
